Cannot Open Ms Access Form

Just add it to the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) above the ribbon. I want to open a report in my microsoft access file in design form, but MS Access doesnt open this report. Are you talking about command buttons not working? I cannot recall my last design action on the form. have a peek here
