I have a couple users who are getting an error messageof "cannot open the Rich Text Editor" when trying to access the RTEcontrol in the content editor webpart. My problem is that when I click "Modify shared page" and then "Rich text editor" system just tells me that opening the RTF editor can't be done. Then only publish content there that you intend to expose to the public via your custom web pages and CEWP's.
