Cannot Open Source File D3dx9.h

I have tried searching in Tools>Options>Projects and Solutions>VC++ Project Settings and apparently there is a "Source file" button somewhere there, but I can't find it. Which version of Visual studio do you use? I'm getting compiler errors when trying to #include in a project. This hack won't be released so again please don't call me a noob or anything for not making my own base. have a peek here
