I too had made the mistake of installing with the default "nobody" user name. now I can use CF but when I set up a site that uses both php and coldfusion either of them get flaky.

In short, I figured out how to create a system DSN on the Windows 64-bit server, and then used the normal Access DSN setup from the Railo Admin.
