Cannot Print Because Cd/dvd Tray Is Open

I select this then click 'Print'The printer displays an error saying 'Inner Cover Open. However (there is always a however isn't there ?) the final print warning command tells you not to load the CD until prompted. How can I print borders around my labels or print fold lines for them? I looked at canon's European website for the drivers and found only the printer driver but not the cd-printer software. Stephen, Very interesting Instructable, however in step 2 you stated, "Click here if you have an MP750/MP760/MP780". But it can't, because CD tray is open (duh), so it displays the above mentioned error. These names represent paper sizes. "US" paper is standard letter paper, 8.5 x 11 inches; "Legal" paper is 8.5 x 14 inches, and "A4" paper is 210 x 297 millimeters.
