Cannot Rename User Folder Windows 7


I tried clearing both my recycle bin and my "Thumbnails" folders from Disk Cleanup. They are having an issue with Outlook which appears to be profile related. I will add though that I was applying this fix in a VM environment (which shouldn't really make a difference...perhaps less clutter?). It turns out it was Windows Media Player (wmpnetwk.exe).
