Cannot Run Sndvol32.exe

That brought up the dialog box: Sounds and Audio Devices. Is there another way to get/install sndvol32.exe, since I don't have the original Win XP install CD? Please try again now or at a later time. The volume is fine tho, but I need to control it from the desktop taskbar not the speaker which is not near my keyboard etc.

I am now running my systems on an SSD drive, not in windows c drive. This will put a copy of the sndvol32.exe into the system32 folder where it should be located. Help please.
